Registration and Agenda


The 2016 Spring UMRCC meeting will be held in Dubuque at the Grand Harbor Resort from March 14 to 17.    The Mussel Conservation Team meeting will be held on Monday March 14 from 12 to 5.    On Tuesday most of the UMRCC technical committee’s will start their meetings.

Call for Contributed Papers/Posters Now Open! 
The Midwest Fish & Wildlife Conference invites you to submit a contributed paper/poster abstract for the 2016 conference, to be held January 24 - 27 in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Call for Presentations
The call for presentations is now open! Submit your contributed paper/poster by October 1, 2015 to be considered. General oral and poster presentations will be accepted in the following areas:
  • Wildlife
  • Fisheries
  • Human Dimensions, Outreach, Public Engagement
In addition, all but two of the scheduled symposia are accepting oral presentation proposals through the open call for presentations (those not accepting proposals are indicated as "invitation only" on theSymposia Overview page, and will not be listed in the online abstract submission form). If you are interested in submitting a talk as part of one of the scheduled symposia, or for the general call for presentations, please follow the instructions on the Call for Presentations page.

Midwest Fish & Wildlife participants interested in holding a committee or Board meeting in conjunction with the conference must complete the associated meeting request form (PDF) and send to Caitlin Gaborow at Delaney Meeting & Event Management - caitlin@delaneymeetingevent.com by January 1, 2016 or you will not be listed in the final printed program. Please note: space is limited.
